These are the things we look at on the strategy call. They decide how much work an account needs each month.

Is the ad budget included in your fee?
No. Ad spend is billed by the marketplace directly to your account. Our fee covers our work only, and we never hold your advertising budget.
Is there a minimum contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly services continue month to month, and either side can cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Why don't you publish fixed monthly prices?
Because a brand with ten products and one marketplace needs very different work from a brand with two hundred products across three channels. A fixed price would either overcharge the first or underserve the second. After a strategy call, you get one clear monthly figure.
What currency do you charge in?
All prices and invoices are in US dollars.
