This Privacy Policy explains how PawPixel Creatives LLC ("PawPixel", "we", "us") collects, uses, stores, protects, shares and deletes information when you visit pawpixelcreatives.com, contact us, or use our services.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this website or email us, we receive your name, work email address, brand name, store or product links, the details of your request, and any files or links you choose to send.

Client information

When you become a client, we also keep billing contact details and the information needed to invoice you. Payments are processed by payment providers. We don't receive or store full card or bank account numbers.

Seller account and marketplace data

When you engage us and grant us access, we can see data inside your seller accounts and tools that the work requires, such as advertising performance, search term reports, business reports, listing content, inventory and fulfillment data, and account health information. Section 4 explains how we handle it.

Information collected automatically

Our website hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of each request. This is used for security and to keep the website running. We don't use analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website.

We don't sell personal information. We don't use your information for advertising, and we never use one client's data for another client's benefit.

4. Seller account and marketplace data

We access seller accounts only through the official user permissions that you grant and can remove at any time. We never ask for your password.
We request only the permissions the work needs.
We use marketplace data only to provide services to the client who owns that data.
Our services don't require your customers' personal information, such as names, addresses, email addresses or phone numbers. We don't copy, export or store it, and we don't enter it into AI tools. If any is exposed to us by accident, we don't use it, and we delete any copy promptly.
We follow the data protection and acceptable use policies of the marketplaces we work in, including Amazon's.

We share information only in these situations:

With service providers who help us run our business, such as email, file storage, website hosting and invoicing or payment platforms. Messages sent through the forms on this website go from our website host straight to our business inbox. These providers may use the information only to provide their service to us.
With team members and contractors who need it for your project and who are bound by confidentiality.
When the law requires it, or where needed to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
If our business is reorganized or sold, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.

We never share one client's data, results or plans with another client.

6. How we protect information

Every person who works on client accounts uses an individual login with two-step verification. We don't use shared or generic accounts.
People see only the accounts and files they work on. Access is reviewed regularly and removed promptly when someone's role changes or they leave.
This website and the tools we use are protected by encrypted connections, and files are kept in access-controlled cloud storage that encrypts data at rest.
If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we investigate it promptly, notify you without undue delay, and notify the marketplace concerned where its policies require it.

7. How long we keep information

Inquiries that don't lead to an engagement are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
Seller account data, reports and working files are kept for the length of the engagement. When it ends, you remove our access, and we delete this data within 30 days, unless you ask us to return it to you first.
Your customers' personal information is not stored. If any is ever received, it is deleted promptly and in any case within 30 days.
Invoices and contract records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
Completed creative work may be kept for our portfolio, as described in our Terms of Service, unless you ask us not to show it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, to send you a copy of it, or to stop using it. Email contact@pawpixelcreatives.com and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.

9. Cookies

This website doesn't use cookies for analytics or advertising, and it loads its fonts and files from our own server rather than third-party services. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance.

10. International processing

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Wherever it is processed, we protect it as this policy describes.

11. Children

Our website and services are for businesses and aren't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. If we make significant changes, we'll tell our clients directly.
